Characteristics
BRUN is a modern residential building complex, located in the center of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The residential building has 155 apartments, commercial spaces and a separate parking lot for 35 cars. The building blends harmoniously into existing urban fabric.
The asymmetrical composition of the façade is made of brown porcelain stoneware slabs, white steel panels, and accent composite aluminum panels that creates the identity of the building while remaining in dialogue with the surrounding development.
The interiors of the public spaces are bright, with emphasis on navigation elements that adopt and complement the color code of the facade.
There is a landscaped space for residents on the roof of the parking lot.
The landscaping project was designed and implemented by Concrete Jungle.
